Delivery Policies
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. However, during particularly busy times, if we are unable to fulfill this timeline, we will promptly inform our customers about any potential delays.

What do we charge for product collection?
If you need to return a product due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return or exchange collection fee. On the other hand, if you decide to cancel your order after delivery for reasons other than a defect or mistake, or if you request more than one exchange, the return or exchange collection fee will be your responsibility.
